Who?: All academic participants in MS 5th grade – 8th grade; and HS participants in 9th and 10th grade only (referral give for 11th/12th grade) for online high school courses at a university. Muslimah Only!

Our goals and intentions are to aide families who are fully involved and engaged with student participation in shaa’Allaah using alternate block scheduling.
2nd Enrollment period for a limited time each year is offered from (January 1 – 30), Pre-register in November (Get the month of February free) to receive additional discounts for a limited number of students! (5th grade & Beyond only) for Academic and Islamic Studies. THM always offers an open enrollment policy (you can enroll anytime without penalties), schedule an appointment after classes for additional details…
First Session of the year – Term 1: August – Dec.
Second Session of the year – Term 2: January – June
*Third Session of the Year – THM Crash Course Summer School Prep (when required or requested) by participating students for 5 Weeks: July – August $10 per week per student.
Full Year: (the first full week of) August is used for (orientation) from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm EDT. Classes begin, the first Monday of the 2nd week – Ends May 31/June 1. All textbooks and materials must be returned for evaluation of damage or replacement before a final report is given.* (see textbook agreement)
Class information:
Monday – Thursday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Classes may sometimes be extended to 3:00 pm depending upon topic being covered and student engagement. Participation can be online or inhouse. Mandatory Orientation will be Thursday August 5, 2024. Class begins August 12, 2024. check current requirements!
Initial Fees to Get Started (no surprises here):
Registration is $35 (one-time fee) per student. Monthly fee is $50 per student and Textbook Rental (one-time fee) is $125 per student, per year even if for online participation only in shaa’Allaah. Additional fees for technology and software programs applied for all students per month $15 to begin after the first month and continue thereafter. ($125 + $50 + $35 + $15 = $225 per student to signup)
Initial Subtotal: $225 per student
Monthly fee thereafter: $65 per month, per student
Our registration and payment form “THM Class Registration Form” will be provided to you upon completion of Orientation. Orientation is held in the Google classroom. Watch for links in the telegram rooms. Several separate payment services provided for enrolled participants

Testing Required:
*During the first week of class (no matter the date of enrollment) students are required to take admissions testing for enrollment. This testing allows us to check the students comprehension levels after summer break and is not a pass/fail system alhamdulillah. This testing changes every other year and can be found within the Student Booklet and admissions document sent to each enrolled participant. Subjects include Academic and Islamic Studies.
*Entrance Exams to determine grade levels are given to students that cannot meet the qualification of verified documents and were not enrolled at THM the previous year. This test is not the same as the above testing method mentioned for admissions testing! Any/All children not in the 5th grade or above will not be accepted into the program at this time!

Check back for updates in shaa’Allah before the start date of orientation on the first week in August or check the telegram channel for assistance in shaa’Allaah. Assignments for Islamic Studies are free and can be accessed online through Google Classroom links. [for all ages]
Other forms of access: Telegram group meeting, Zoom meeting, or Google Meet
Lastly, we encourage reading! Lots and lots and Lots of reading in shaa’Allah. Even 10 to 20 minutes daily can improve your child’s reading abilities and yours as well alhamdulillah.
